Item description: 4 1/2 inch drive pulley, the 4 1/2 inch diameter V belt drive pulley can be purchased new from your local CaseIH dealer. The pulley is CaseIH part number 451356R2 and sells for approximately $122 plus shipping (prices may vary depending upon location.)  This pulley is used with the Cub-22 mower 1947 to 1955 (sickle mower).
